Be assured that when you buy online from rosslyn-keynote.co.nz, your name and address details will be used solely to service your order(s) with us and later if we need to contact you. We will NOT sell, trade, rent or otherwise release your personal data to third parties.
Every effort is made to keep prices up to date on the web, but these are always subject to change without notice, due to currency fluctuations, changes in freight costs, and suppliers’ charges.
Payment for all instruments will be by Direct Credit to our bank account. Please contact us for details. We require a deposit of 10% of purchase price of the instrument at the time of ordering. The final price of the instrument and date of delivery will be confirmed at this time. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card.
If an out-of-stock item becomes particularly difficult to obtain, we will keep you informed at intervals via email and keep trying to obtain the item unless we are asked to cancel the back order. If you do not require an item that has been on back order for some time, simply let us know and we will cancel it.
Postage, packing and insurance charges are extra. We Courier, FastPost or Surface post (NZ), AirPost International (Australia). All musical instruments are sent by courier and will have additional insurance charges added. Postage is calculated by weight and volume with a small handling charge added.
For overseas customers freight will be calculated as close as possible to the actual cost plus a small handling charge. There may therefore be a slight reduction in the cost of shipping but should, on most occasions, be no more than what has been added to your invoice.
Returns are not accepted unless by specific arrangement. Please ring first! Recorded material (CDs, DVDs or Cassettes) may be returned ONLY if the product is faulty. Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
